Gemma is a Clinical Psychologist who works with people of all ages to assist them to improve their quality of life, mental health, and wellbeing. She also enjoys working with organisations to help their employees thrive.
Gemma has worked in private practice, Queensland Health, and with the Royal Flying Doctor Service in rural Queensland providing clinical psychology services specialising in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, psychoeducation, consulting, and training. She specialises in treating people who have experienced trauma, complex mental health disorders, neurodiversity, disability, brain injury, and family and couples' therapy.
With an extensive human resources background prior to becoming a Clinical Psychologist, Gemma brings a deep understanding of issues that can arise in the workplace and how best to navigate those challenges.
Gemma loves to learn and to keep abreast of the latest evidenced based assessments and treatments for her clients. She likes to work in conjunction with you, your treating team, and where appropriate your support network, to help you get the best outcomes possible from treatment.
Gemma has also raised three amazing men. She is extremely proud to be a part of their lives and they make her life both eventful and joyous.
